I am a licensed funeral director and embalmer. I graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1999 and served as Vice President of Pi Sigma Eta National Mortuary Science Honors Fraternity. I joined the staff at Pederson Funeral Home in 2001 and became co-owner with Dave in 2006.
In June 2011 I purchased the remaining interest of the business from David. I met my wife Angelia at a Watertown Chamber Business After Hours in January 2003. Angelia and I were engaged in 2004 and later married in May 2005. We had our first son Alex in 2006 and later the twins Ethan and Evan in 2007. I served as President of the Watertown Optimist Club for a number of years. I am also a member of Watertown Rotary Club, Elks Club, Moose Club, Conservation Club, Wisconsin Funeral Directors Assn. and the National Funeral Directors Assn. I served many years on the Golf Outing Committee to raise funds for the Watertown Hospital.
I am a graduate of the Leadership Watertown Program and served on the board for six years. Currently, I am serving the Watertown Chamber as an Ambassador. I love the Watertown and Waterloo Communities and look forward to serving our families with care and compassion for many years to come.
